Popular and Award winning producer, Oluwaseyi Akerele aka Shizzi has served official court papers accusing comedian turned music act, Tunde Ednut and producer, Masterkraft of copyright theft.
The claim is in relation to the recently released single Kosowo by Tunde Ednut. Shizzi via his lawyers, Fakeye & Co have since served Tunde Ednut and Masterkraft a letter in relation to the issue. In the letter the plaintiff claims the instrumentals for the song was originally given to another artist back in 2014 but the project was never released. According to the letter, Tunde Ednut released the song with the production and most of the lyrics from the original artist of the song. In other words, Tunde Ednut jacked the whole song.
Shizzi and his lawyers are demanding that the song be removed from all websites and social media platforms.
Shizzi is well known for producing big hits Dami Duro by Davido, Show You The Money by WizKid and Baby Answer by Runtown.
