In a series of posts on Twitter seemingly sponsored by those siding with Runtown in
the escalating battle with his label, there is some previously unknown
information about the past life of his record label boss.
If information obtained by TheNETng from the US Federal Bureau of Prisons is anything to go by, then Okwudili Umenyiora, CEO of Eric MannyRecords likely did time in the US for fraud.
Some though have said it is unfair to bring in the businessman’s past
into a matter that has nothing to do with it, and many are lambasting
Runtown for fighting dirty.

But insiders say the artiste has been pushed to the wall. He has already alleged threats to his life.
Okwudili Umenyiora, who also owns Dilly Motors,
allegedly faced trial in Atlanta as Senior U.S. District Judge Charles
Butler Jr. presided over his case.

He reportedly served time in jail and was released in September 2006.
Typing in his prison registration number 08863-003 still brings out his
details when searched on the official Federal Bureau of Prisons website.

This Twitter user hints that Runtown knew who he was before doing business with him.
Runtown who has declined to comment on the issue on advise of his lawyers also seemingly hinted this with a tweet that reads;
